30-day money-back guarantee

You have thirty days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a refund or a replacement, for any reason.

If something arrives faulty or damaged

Email us a photo. You do not need to ship anything back and you do not pay return shipping. We send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

If you changed your mind

Send the item back unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost. Once it arrives we refund the full purchase price.

2-year warranty

If your projector stops working under normal use within two years of delivery, email us a photo or short video and your order number and we will send a replacement.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not shipped yet we cancel it and refund you in full. Email us as soon as you can — once a parcel has been dispatched it has to be handled as a return.

What we cannot refund

Damage caused by misuse, dropping, water, or opening up the device.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number, and a photo if something is faulty. We reply within one business day.
