1. Who we are
This store is operated by AstroGlow ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and you must provide a valid delivery address in a country we ship to.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos on this site show the projection in darkened rooms; how large and how bright it looks depends on the size of your room, the colour of the ceiling and how dark it is. Screen colours vary between devices, so the exact shade you see on your screen may differ slightly from the product.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency and include free shipping. Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is taken at checkout. If a price is listed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before charging you and you can cancel.
5. Orders
An order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing error. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
6. Shipping and returns
Covered by our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Return Policy, which form part of these terms.
7. Safe use
The projector is a low-voltage, USB-powered LED device for indoor domestic use. Use it with a standard 5V USB charger or power bank. Do not look directly into the lens at close range, keep it away from water, and do not open or modify the device. Children should use it under adult supervision; it is a decorative light, not a toy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law, and nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Our content
The text, layout and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, where our business is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you ordered.
